¶ Sputtering (UHV Sputtering System)
For the standard sputtering recipe, using Ar gas in the UHV Sputtering System, Pt should have a morphology such as in the AFM image, which has a scalebar of 200 nm, roughness of 1.2 nm and a thickness of 95 nm.
